The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) sought to encourage a more active engagement of the private sector in poverty reduction through sustainable community initiatives and the stimulation of employment.

  • Facilitation of conferences and workshops on CSR for 25 companies from 12 different sectors
  • Development of a partnership model
  • Recruitment of key partners for the project: the largest local bank and the second largest telecommunications provider in the country.

  • Development of the partnership agreement and its governance framework and the tools required for its implementation
  • Facilitation of the implementation of the partnership during its pilot phase.

This collaboration led to :
